smooth shifting for 2 x 9 set-up smooth shifting and no dropped chains when combined with a good chainguide roller (Blackspire) when coverting a 3x9 to a 2x9 set-up. Pros: No dropped chain, smooth shifting

The only direct mount E type FD specifically for a double crankset that I could find. Works perfectly with my shimano SLX M665 crankset on my 2011 Yeti 575. Shifting action is very smooth. The derailleur cage did rub a little on my bashguard when shifted into the 36 tooth ring, but my Dremel tool easily fixed the problem. If you ride with two chainrings and bash guard, this is your derrailleur, because is especial for it. Pros: Shimano quality.
