As we don't do comparative tests, its hard to tell how well these actually work. But as a rider who needs all the help I can get at endurance, I use these go give me a boost of energy when riding with some of my tank friends.
In the end, I really like the natural approach that Hammer takes to all their products, and we use them for myself while riding, as well as other family members engaged in team sports.
While the price seems high, you don't take them every day like vitamins, so they do last quite a while.
