DOES THE JOB

This does what it is designed to do. Doesn't move, and the clamping mechanism is secure.

Pros: very useful for suspension bikes

I was slightly suspicious when buying this that it wouldn't work very well. But I got it and its performs very well. Construction is nice. It is very strong and lightweight. The extra support bars work very well to locate panniers.
