Great for leftovers!
We put this rack on the back of our tandem, and it's paid for itself in restaurant leftovers.
We often take our bike out for romantic dinners. The spring clip is great for wedging in 1 or 2 takeout boxes. (sometimes we need a bungee cord)
Pros: Sturdy. Has a rear clip for a tail-light. It can be difficult (but not impossible) to attach a pannier if you have something under the clip.
Cons: Heavier than a normal rack, if you care about that sort of thing.
