Tight Fit on the Rim
I really liked these tires on my around-town bike. They rolled great on the pavement and cornered excellently. I never had a flat with these, but I can't say I got a lot of miles out of them. The casing is extremely thick. Which is both a blessing and a curse. I rode these all year until I swapped out for some knobbies to ride on some pack. It took all I had to get these off the rim. When I put them back on, I ended up pinching the tube causing a flat when inflated. I then managed to break a pedro's tire lever attempting to get it back off. I brought it to my LBS and they couldn't get it off. Rather than bust my rims, they opted to cut them off. These tires are tough, but too tough for their own good.
Pros: +Never flatted on the road
+Rolls fast
+Good in all urban conditions, minus ice
Cons: -Difficult to service
-Heavy
-Broke my good tire lever
