- Superlight near-net forged, CNC machined 7050 aluminum
- All sharp edges have been radiused to eliminate stress concentrations
- 6/4 titanium hardware (washers and counterbores are all radiused too)
- 4-bolt alloy faceplate. 2-bolt diagonal cut steerer clamp.

good solid stem This is a good all around solid stem, nothing fancy, no frills, but a quality part. I bought this for my cross bike and liked it so much I replaced my old stem on my road bike with this one. Lightweight XC Stem I installed this on my Epic S-Works. It was the lightest stem for the money. Anything lighter was carbon and expensive. Never had one fail or slip. Among the lightest stems available I've had this on my bike for the last 15k miles over 2 years. No problems with it. Has held my Zipp SL carbon bars well. Have used in both positions with no issue either.
