Superlight and Holds Tight! I wanted a light waterbottle cage that would still grip a large waterbottle and keep it secure over the roughest terrain. The King Ti cage is the only game in town and a true winner. Looks great too!! Pros: Light, holds bottle well. Cons: Expensive Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: January 10, 2013 Reviewed by: Rob, Kentucky Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
So glad I found these Very lightweight. Best part is how the titanium doesn't wear down and allow your bottles to become marred like aluminum cages do. They also do not seem to deform as easily as aluminum cages do. Pros: Lightweight. Appear extremely durable. Cons: Pricey. You could probably find 4-6 similarly weighted carbon cages on closeout for the same price as one of these bad boys... Best bottle cage on Earth! dont waste your time and money with carbon cages or anything else for that matter. This thing is light and it holds a bottle without issues. not a single bad thing to say. Even if it cost twice as much, would still buy it. Pros: Light
Strong
problem free
Holds on to all bottle, all the time. Never had a bottle drop Cons: None! Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 27, 2012 Reviewed by: Joaquin E C., New Jersey Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
This thing doesn't weigh a thing. Its actually pretty odd when you have it in your hand, it doesn't have that heavy feel of metal.
The brushed silver finish will likely match and compliment whatever color your bike is.
I've used the camelback insulated bottle and polar insulated bottle (both 20oz) on rough technical trails and the bottles are held tight.
Definite recommend. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: June 17, 2012 Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
I use these on all my bikes (mountain & road). They are excellent! Just as light as carbon, but have the strength and look of more traditional cages. These are the only bottle cages I'll use. Pros: Stong, light Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: October 17, 2011 Reviewed by: Jeff C., Texas Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Best cage in the world. It's worth every penny. I've been using the same cage since 1995. Pros: light, classic look, strong, reliable Cons: none Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 24, 2011 Reviewed by: Fernando D., Argentina Was this review Helpful? I have several alloy cages and the weight difference is noticeable compared to my titanium cage. The cage does initially hold bottles quite tight, but the tubing can be bent ever so slightly to accommodate your bottles shape. I've ridden through some rough terrain and have never dropped a bottle with this cage. Just like the King Stainless bottle cage, only two-thirds of an ounce lighter. Which is to say, these are excellent cages that hold up well, grip tightly, and look great on traditional frames (but might look goofy on a swoopy carbon bike). Are they worth half a Benjamin? If you have half a Benjamin to spare, yes. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: August 05, 2011 Reviewed by: Matt, Michigan Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
The best! The best cage I have used. Many carbon cages are flimsy, but this is strong and lightweight, and has never let me down (read: never dropped a bottle). When I received this, I couldn't believe how light it was, despite how beefy the tubes are. Worth every penny since many alloy ones I've bought have snapped off clean! Pros: light, strong, reliable Cons: a little expensive Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: November 01, 2010 Reviewed by: Thomas L., Ontario Was this review Helpful? Sets the standard for waterbottle cages Lightweight bottle cage that leaves no marks on the bottle. Well made and will probably last the lifetime of your bike. Pros: Doesn't mark bottles. Lightweight. Cons: Spendy, but worth the cost. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: October 05, 2010 Reviewed by: Paul S., Oregon Was this review Helpful? By far the lightest and best cage I have ever used. The cage is crazy light - feels like nothing. Yet is so strong. I have been using one for three years, and have never dropped a bottle, no matter how much my bike ends up getting bounced around. The best. Pros: crazy light and crazy secure. Cons: None - not even the price - it's worth every cent. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 15, 2010 Reviewed by: mark, California Was this review Helpful? Classy This thing puts most other cages to shame. You'll never lose a bottle, and it'll probably out-last your frame. Plus it's made in the USA. Andres King Cage Titanium bottle cages Nice cages - light weight and look nice. Pros: Light - keep bottles in without them falling out Cons: A bit too tight. Takes some extra muscle to get the bottles out. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 01, 2010 Reviewed by: NC, New Jersey Was this review Helpful?
