Solid hub This is a great old school looking hub. A bit heavy due to the tall beefy flanges. No radial lacing, but that would look silly on this hub anyway. Chris King customer service is pretty amazing too. Pros: Chris King. Cons: Cost and weight. No Radial lacing. Chris King Classic Cross High Flange Front Hub The Chris King Classic Cross high flanged front hub is a sturdy, well built, high quality hub that you can use on your cross, road or even fixed gear with no problem. I've raced cross with these hubs and did not have one issue. The bearings roll quietly and spin a long time. I've also used these on my road bike and fixed gear to commute and they are bombproof. I highly recommend these hubs because they are worth every penny. Pros: Strong, high quality, smooth bearings, and its made in the USA! Cons: None...you wont regret buying them.
