I'm a recent convert to the Campy camp... and I won't go back. Though I honestly cannot tell if these cables have performed better than any other high quality cable would have during the same time period. Nevertheless, they have performed flawlessly. Don't be tempted to use brand X. This is what you need for Campi Ergos Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: March 30, 2012 Reviewed by: Robert E., Oregon Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
good function.. I try to use another brand of derailleur cable in campy shifters but feel a different shifter actuation, the campy cable runs smooth and more precise even teflon coated cables...
If You have campy shifters use campy cables Pros: campy brand, run smooth Cons: price Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: November 21, 2011 Reviewed by: Mario C., California Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Be sure to use this for Campy shifters, as they require a smaller head than Shimano. Have seen and heard (but luckily not experienced) stuck off heads when people use non Campy cables. Length is plenty long. Pros: Perfect fit for Campy shifters.
Plenty of length. Cons: None Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: November 17, 2010 Reviewed by: Matt, Southern California Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Save yourself headache and use genuine Campy cables with your ErgoPower shifters. They may cost more, but you absolutely know they'll work properly. I just wish they were a tiny bit longer, though. Pros: Performance
Compatibility
Longevity Cons: Cost
Barely long enough on bigger bikes Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 16, 2010 Reviewed by: Mark C., Colorado Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
This is a quality product. I was able to price match this to save a couple of dollars and I've been happy with it. A new cable can do wonders for slow shifting. Pros: solid performance Cons: none Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 11, 2010 Reviewed by: Matthew B., Oregon Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
