I have no idea how I survived without a pump at home. I used to just pump my tires up at the local gas station.

Then I got serious about tire pressures and got this Topeak Joe Blow.

The gauge is accurate and it doesn't take a lot of strokes to get even an empty tire full of air.

Good investment if you have more than 1 bike.

Good pump, gauge is easy to read. Comes with presta and schrader.
