Extreme DH
I've gone through many tires throughout my downhill career and the tires that have given me proven success in nearly every condition and every type of gravity racing have been Maxxis tires. The Super Tacky Minion's are an excellent tire. You get security knowing exactly what they are going to do when pinning a corner at speed. There is a sacrifice to their supreme grip and that is supreme wear and short life span. If you don't use them and wear them down, as the are intended to be, they will breakdown on their own. So, if you are looking for an edge to progress your racing career, Minion Super Tacky's are a must have.
Pros: Extreme grip
Front and rear specific
Proven tread pattern
Easily modifyable
Light weight
UST tubless
Cons: Wear really fast
Short lifespan
Not good in muddy conditions
One width
