Awesome Stuff At first I bought First Defense to the clean all-too-frequent trail abrasions, but now it's in use by the whole family. Kids love it, wife loves it, and I’ve been using it for about a decade. Its numbing properties provide instant relief, allowing you to get in there and really clean out the trail rash or kid's "boo-boo". It also smells good and doesn't stain, which I can't say about "Bactine" and other common drug store wound sprays. Follow it up with some Brave Soldier ointment to accelerate healing, with minimal scarring. Pros: Instant pain relief.
No foul odor.
