I purchased this grease, for my first bike build. More grease than most of us will use. The container is not the best. Keep it upright, the lid comes off easily. Other than that, it's cable grease and works as advertized, makes for smooth cable operation.

This grease is special indeed. It is more like a light face cream than the typical greases you are familiar with.
It is also quite runny so I would recommend storing it in a ziplock bag and be careful not to tip it on its side or it will weep from the jar.
This is supposed to be the same grease that Shimano lubes their cables with. Shimano always requires you to insert their cables from the logo'd end so the grease they have injected into the sheath makes contact with the full length of the cable.
The jar is very small given the price but it should last you a very long time unless you are in the repair business.
