Avid G2 Clean Sweep Brake Rotor

Works well, but kinda expensive...

No problems with the rotor itself. Slows down the bike just fine, allowed me to move around wheel sets without too much fiddling of the brakes. My one major bone of condition is the cost of rotor itself. If I ever need need another rotor, I'll most likely look somewhere else first other than Avid.

Bought these to replace the Roundagons on my BB7s and noticed better power and consistency under heavy breaking, which I'm pretty sure is because they're shedding heat better than the Roundagons did. They are a good bit lighter too

good steel rotor, lasts without being to flimsy. No flash replacement rotor when ur floating rotor gets warped.

Tough Rotor

This is a good long lasting rotor with a reasonable cost. Does the job well without looking over the top.

Pros: Long wearing steel at a low cost level.

I have these on both my bikes. These rotors offer quiet and strong performance for a long time.

I bought 1 G2 and 1 G3 rotor G2 is cheaper and noisier. Go for the G3, you won't be disappointed.

Cons: not as quiet as the G3

They have outlasted the Brakes themselves

I have had my brakes in the shop countless times now but nefver for the rotors. I will be puttng new brakes on my bike this week and using these rotors with them.

Pros: Light

Much quieter than the roundagon

I wanted to try these out to see if they eliminated the ridiculous amount of noise coming from my BB7s. Couple this rotor with the organic pads and your squealing problems are gone!
