Disc Caliper Shims

Mountign older disk brakes to new frame.

Pros: Works great. Helps set distance of brake calipers and get them dialed in.

Cons: A bit pricey.

Thin Stainless Steel for corrosion resistance. These have nice consistency of thickness, which is not always the case with washers you may find at hardware stores and bike shops.

Pros: consistent, thin & durable.

Cons: Price

Thin and effective

The hardware store didn't stock washers this thin. Really handy for a slightly off brake.

When nothing else will do...

Sometime, you don't have the right size washer to shim with and need an exact fit. These do the job.

Pros: High quality stainless steel

Cons: expensive...
