This was the no brain power solution to my DH build that happened to have a 73mm BB shell and 150mm rear end. Purchased 83mm BB and crankset and used the BB shell converter. Installation smooth as buttah.....
Pros: Works well with Race Face 83mm crankset as there are multiple spacers in the BB/Crankset that can be used to dial in chainline with BB shell conversion kit.
Cons: Will not fit MRP Camber cranks, or Truvativ style BB/Cranksets.
Trust me, I tried and the ended up buying a RF X-type crankset.

Yes No Report as Inappropriatethis product is used to run 83mm bb cranks on 63/73mm bb shells, but will only work with certain race face crank because the spindles on some of their cranks are not machined for the bb bearings to sit so far inward on the crank spindle. I believe it will work with diabolous cranks, but it did not work with my atlas cranks
