I keep returning to Power Gel

I like the consistency of PowerBar gels best and I have tried at least a dozen others. The packets are the right size to fit into my gripper bottle pouch. The Double Latte tastes good and the caffeine dosage is just right. Vanilla is tolerable.

Pros: Right-sized packet
Excellent consistency
I can carry it in my hand comfortably when running
Double Latte is tasty

Cons: Hard to keep track of the packet top after being removed.

The Best Gel For Sodium and Potassium

I've researched em all and this is by far the best as far as sodium and potasium content i.e. no cramping. Flavors and consistency are good too.

gels are pretty individual as far as taste goes, but power gels are nice because they are more "liquidy" than others (Gu, for example). The taste is good, and it's easy enough to open.

Pros: easier to consume than most
