1st Endurance MultiV

At 16,000+ miles year for the last two years, I figured I needed all the help I could get. I took these for awhile, and honestly noticed no real benefits. Maybe I'm not of a high enough caliber, or maybe I get what I need from my food, but no perceived difference on my part.

good choice for multi vitamin, great when paired with optygen.
