Great for those certain things Why should I spend that much for a tub of grease when I can get Lucas grease at the home store for way less?! Well that is what I thought at first, but this is a great product. You can tell by feeling it that it is different. I'm going to use it on my Totem to help with stiction of the big tubes. Works well for other non-heavy grease applications too. The tub is big and will last.
UC shipped it in a plastic bag just in case, so it wouldn't get on anything else. Thanks! Pros: Slip and slidey Cons: Gotta pay to play Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: May 10, 2013 Reviewed by: McFly, Utah Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Nothing in the world beats slick honey, not even real honey.
I use this on all seals and even bolts for assembly.
Bought the tub and looks like I won't run out anytime soon.
It's all I use now I have to admit I love to sniff it for the full experience. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: April 24, 2013 Reviewed by: John, British Columbia Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate

Great for dropper post tubes and freehub pawls Perfect consistency for lots of chores on the bike that don't need a normal, thick grease. Awesome product. Go-to grease for suspension It has all been said before by other reviewers. I bought this to lube fork seals and bushings while doing some servicing at home. It is great for that purpose and I'm sure I'll be using it for many other applications besides. The 16oz jar will last me a very long time and is good value at UC price. Slippery! Good grease. I have been using it for regular maintenance on my dropper seatpost and my servicable pivot bearings on my Intense tracer to keep them moving freely. The grease has been holding up and doing its job.
The larger tub might as well be a lifetime supply, because it is huge. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: July 28, 2012 Reviewed by: Ben M., Camas WA Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
A super light and slick bike grease that is awesome for lubing cables or fork stanchions. Just a light coat of this grease is all you need to keep everything running smoothly! Haven't tried this grease in hubs or with bearings, but if you are after a super slick grease for those applications this might be for you! Pros: Super slick grease, works well on fork stanchions and O-rings! Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: June 26, 2012 Reviewed by: Ozzie M., Arizona Was this review Helpful? This stuff is very slick and has a nice thick consistency. Unless you run a bike shop, there is enough grease in this tub to last for several years. Pros: good feeling consistency, very slippery feeling, and should last awhile. Works great for rebuilding forks. There was noticably less stiction. A little goes a long way so the "tub" of this stuff should last a long time. Pros: Less stiction. This is simply the best suspension grease you're gonna find. Useful for pre-lubing o-rings, seals, wipers, bushings, Float adjuster assemblies etc. This grease reduces stiction and inhibits rust and corrosion.
The best suspension technicians in the world use this grease. Pros: -Slippery
-Right viscosity
-No harsh smell
-Easy to clean

Doesn't smell (or taste) like honey... I use this grease for suspension maintenance. Makes my fork/shock AND my adjustable seatpost run smooth. A little bit goes a long way. Pros: slick
long lasting (on the bike)
long lasting (in the tub)
makes suspension cycle SMOOOOOOOOOOOTH Cons: doesn't make me a better rider Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: February 20, 2012 Reviewed by: Sean S., Texas Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Great lube I found out about this lube from my LBS. he Recommended it for my Hadley hubs.
I use it where ever I need a thin light lube including in places where i need a corrosion preventative like wheel skewer rods, 15 or 20 MM axles, so on. Pros: Nice thin clean lube, good rolling resistance. Cons: Does not taste good on toast. Great Fork and Adjustable Seatpost Lube Slick Honey grease has been the perfect mixture of viscosity and slipperiness, I use it when I rebuild my adjustable seatpost and service my fox fork. It's a good grease for using with seals. One tub will last you for a very long time. Every fork should have this I use this for fork overhauls - I pack seals with it, and it works wonders. I suppose one could use it for grease, but I don't use it for that. It works wonders for fork suppleness - stiction is gone! Good product. If I ever run out of it, I'll buy more. Pros: Slick as well... honey? Isn't that sticky?
Well worth the money Cons: Limited application - there are better universaly greases out there Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: November 15, 2011 Reviewed by: Erik K., Colorado Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
This is the Stuff I was tuned in to Slick Honey while attending BBI. Those guys only use the good stuff, and we used this to rebuild all the suspension components we worked on. Unbelievably slick and gooey, it tends to stay where you put it. Pros: Really sticky, slick and gooey, stays where you put it. It would sure appear to have great lubricating qualities. Cons: Tough to get this stuff off! Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: October 21, 2011 Reviewed by: Billy O., So Cal Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Good Shock Lube I use this stuff for stanchion and shock lube. It works well. I apply every couple rides, and it seems to remove the stiction associated with dirty seals nicely. It isn't too bad to apply, but does require an application followed by a couple clean and wipes to prevent excess dirt buildup. Pros: Good lube for forks and shocks. Cons: Need to put on excess and clean off for effectiveness. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 26, 2011 Reviewed by: Nathan G., California Was this review Helpful? Do yourself a favor and stock up After trying every type of grease/lube available, I was lucky enough to grab a tube of slick honey. The rest is history. I use it on almost everything. It's amazing on fork sliders/shocks. I put a thin amount on all my pivot points (bushings/etc). It's fairly thick, so you don't have to worry about it being flung off. Likewise it lasts longer than other products as well. You may have to actually get it on your fingers and spread it around because of it's consistency. If you have a problem getting grease on your fingers then, ummm..., I'm not sure what to tell you! Overall the best lube I've ever used. Pros: Best product available for your money. Can be used for various purposes (not just fork sliders!). Lasts longer than other products after being applied. Cons: None - some may say it's a little expensive, but when you factor in how much longer it lasts I'd argue that in the long run it's actually cheaper.
