Machined 7075-T6 aluminum singlespeed cogs
Wide base prevents the cog from digging into freehub bodies and reduces flex
Splines are machined for perfect alignment and fit on all mountain cassette hubs
The shape, width, and height of the teeth are CAD designed and optimized for Singlespeed use with 3/32" chains (1/8" OK)
The design offers more contact with the chain rollers for better wear resistance of both the cog and the chain
Positive engagement prevents chain slippage and makes for a very quiet drivetrain

Lighter than the Surly Stainless cogs, especially in the larger sizes. Costs a bit more but the seem to be holding up fine after a few hundred miles.

Don't wear well.

These wore out really fast on me. Maybe it's just me, but I can't get any aluminum cogs to last - I switched to steel or titanium.

Pros: Nice wide base, won't crimp your hub.

Cons: Wears very quickly.

Endless Cog

I bought my first Endless Cog in 2006, so I've seen the subtle changes they've gone through. Good quality and lightweight. Aluminum teeth wear and deform after a couple of seasons, but it's symmetrical so you just flip the cog and it's brand new again.

Pros: Lightweight
Wide Base

Cons: Price has gone up over the years
Some play while on the freehub

Great ss cog

This cog very light and long lasting for ss setup. Suprising since cog is made out of aluminum.

Pros: Light and long lasting.

Cons: None.

Good cog, wears well, definitely saves some weight over the Surly Stainless Steel cogs, particularly in the larger sizes. Well made, wide contact area for the freehub, its all good

Endless Bike Cog

I really like my Endless Bike Kick Ass Aluminum Cog. It has worn very well over the last few years. Lots of torque handled well!! Very happy with it.

Pros: Durable and light! Storng cog and good mesh! Good value for the money.

Cons: None noted.
